Continuous
Continuous emptiness,
Longing for a change,
Hoping that there's light,
In the end I stay the same.
Continuous blackness,
Seeps in to my vein,
Emptiness corrupts my life,
Just to fulfill my pain.
Continuous hurt,
Has yet to begin,
Instead only darkness,
In the walls within.
Continuous betrayal,
Lingers among,
Finding its victims,
I am one.
Changes
Sometimes I look upon your face
And wonder what went wrong
At times I feel like I'm replaced
That your love for me is gone
You used to be so tender
You'd hold me close at night
I see the burning embers
And stand away in fright
My dear love I feel I've lost you
Once again you've run away
But if this continues to be true
I will not face the day
The fould words you say cut me
And create my bleeding tears
My broken heart you see
Separation is my biggest fear
So if you will, come back to me
And make me live again
Not only as my lover
But also my best friend
